Product Description:
This Widget lets you upload photos to your Flickr account. You can specify tags that go with it and if it's private or public photo. Currently you can upload only one photo at a time due to Dashboard restrictions but we hope that this will change soon...
There is more to come in future releases.

The version downloaded when using the link says it's version 0.9.

This widget does exactly what it says it does... and does it well. It's very easy to pick up a photo from iPhoto or mail, start dragging it, active dashboard, and drag it right to this widget. Type in your tags, hit upload and you're done - couldn't be easier. I think the widget could be a little smaller - but it certainly takes up less screen real-estate than many of the less useful widgets. Maybe an option to add photo to a set would be nice... or a second text field so you can post it directly to your blog... but that might be pushing what I widget should be doing. Long story short... this is a nice widget.
