MailToPod synchronizes your Apple Mail mailboxes with your iPod or iPod mini to keep your mail messages conveniently available wherever you go.

You can sync your mail when you want to update it, let MailToPod run periodically at a specified interval, or whenever you plug in your iPod. It's your choice which mailboxes to sync and how many messages to read from each. If you use IMAP, that's no problem - messages are downloaded from the server.
