I agree with the comments below. FYI Tri-Backup has all of the features of the OS9 Disk Partitioner. Works quite well.

I sure wish it was an OS X version of this app.
As a feature request, if DeAL kept the folder hierarchy together as it split files up I would have a real need for it. As it is now it is only marginally useful to me.

I deleted my previous comments because I think I was too harsh.
And the developer was responsive and willing to make it better, so I'll try to be more positive,
Having said that, this app still doesn't do what we expect it to do.
With the "Walk Folders" box unchecked, it just moves all folders to a new folder and calls it "Too big", even though all these folders are smaller than the target disk size.
Checking the "walk folders" box solves that, but it creates a whole new problem, because all the files will be randomly mixed and any previous organization is lost. It might be useful in some cases, but not all the time.
From what I see, this app is only useful now if we have one big folder with 1 level, and containes zipped and stuffed files.
