Doesn't work - Version: 2.1.5, 5/8/2006 07:22AM PST

I've tried five different versions of this, and none of them, including this latest 2.1.5, have done a thing. Won't transfer isos to or from the xbox, won't browse the xbox. Wasn't worth the download when it was just a free front end for open source software, let alone now that it's a *paid* front end for free software.
How the hell do you download this???? - Version: 1.9.2, 9/26/2005 07:26AM PST

I get a "server does not exist" error when trying to download this. Is this a temporary thing?
Works, but

Version 1.9 finally works thanks to the Evox support. It makes the ISO downloads them correctly from the xbox and so on. The only thing that doesn't work is the progress bar. Anywho, it finally works for me...
I really think the programmers are going in the right direction, just be patient, and remember its freeware... ;)

Everything is fine until I want to download a game the I just get a 128Kb file that is supposed to be the iso but the problem is that the program doesnt download any files it just makes an iso out of the empty folder.
I REALLY want a program like this that works on the Mac but this one just doesnt.

I want to use this program. I"ve downloaded versions 1.5, 1.6, and 1.7. None of them has worked. It launches fine, but after I've entered my Xbox's IP and I try to click on the "refresh ftp list" button, I just get the same error message every time:
"There was an error connecting to the Xbox's ftp system. Please check that your setting are right in the preference panel. % Total % Received % Xferd..."
and blah blah blah. A bunch more stuff that looks like terminal output follows, within the error dialog. That's as far as I got.

My site was experiencing some "issues", but i believe it's back up now. As for your questions on the iso. This program (with the aid of an xbox running an ftp server) can turn xbox game discs it's into iso files. These can then be burned and run just like the original game if the xbox is made to do so (hacked).

This is for Xboxes that have a "mod chip". (If you don't know what that is, you don't have one. It is a piece of hardware soldered into the Xbox to let you take control.)
When you launch the first time it loads a help page in Safari. The interface is slightly off from Apple standard: In the main window "Xbox Browser", click the button at the bottom, "Open/Close Panel". This reveals a slide out panel with the controls. (That is not logical, since you can't do much with it closed.) Then click the Preferences tab. (That should be in the menu.) Enter the IP of your Xbox, the games directory, and name and password, and where you want the .iso files to be created. The default is your user folder. Change it to the desktop. Then in the left side click Refresh and you should see your games stored on your drive. Select one or more, and click Download Now! (on the right side under the Commands tab). If you get an error, switch the Preferences to Basic Commands.
