wondrack_dotmacTo capture an icon to use as an image file simply:
1 Copy it from it's Get Info box
2. Open Preview and Paste from the clipboard (no need to create a New doc)
3. Save out as PMG file.
4. Open that file in Photoshop (etc) and there you'll see the icon as an image with it's alpha channel (aka) transparency in tact at it's full size.

Pricing all wrong... - Version: 1.1.8, 4/7/2007 03:56AM PST

I can't see how this software can compete at the same price level as GraphicConverter, at the same time it's probably worth more than Iconverter... Maybe the developer should consider the $10-15 price range instead...
