This guy shouldn't be here (VersionTracker). Disappointing piece of work.
I also noticed that both positive reviews were double line spaced. Hmmm?

This cannot be recommended as it's a PITA to install and as mentioned below has several real problems and again as mentioned there is no way to contact the author...
More importantly, you'll notice two 5-star reviews below (by "AppleDoc" and "doc.everett". These "posters" have only posted once and their accounts were created the same day these posts were made.
In other words the author is shamelessly promoting his software. Which is why, among many reasons, I'm giving this a 1-star review. Do not install...

First, there is an 800# posted all over the website. The fact you are too cheap to pay for support to answer questions that most three year olds could answer is not our fault.
Secondly, with thousands of downloads and over 800 active practices (support wise), I would say that you are probably the issue.
I surely hope that you practice medicine better than you use computers or you probably have a lot of malpratice lawsuits and injured patients.
Actually, looking at the other feedback you have left for other software, it does not look like anything you write is positive.
In conclusion, glad to not have you as customers.
Mike
(Oh, and no I do not create fake accounts and review my own software). If you engage your brain and check the liferecord forums, you will find 200+ messages praising the software. No software is right for everyone, Life Record requires a competent physician, so perhaps that's where the failure is on your part.
Thanks.
