Doesn't Help Novices: Inadequate Documentation, Unresponsive Developer!

EndlessFxIf you are not experienced with defaults and preferences, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Although this application looks simple to use, you will likely still have questions that won't get answered here! THIS SOFTWARE LACKS ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTATION AND THE DEVELOPER, IN MY EXPERIENCE, IS UNRESPONSIVE.
I purchased a license for this software, thinking it would greatly enhance my ability to work with preferences with which I am a novice. Nothing provided (or might I say not provided) with the application or at the website answered questions I had. I sent an e-mail to the developer who never responded.
I have had this application for over a year, but it has been put to no use because THE DEVELOPER PROVIDED NO "HOW TO USE" INFORMATION and APPARENTLY DISMISSES QUESTIONS E-MAILED HIS WAY!
Perhaps I could show enthusiasm for the application and rate it much higher if the work HAD BEEN COMPLETED with adequate documentation, which developers charging money SHOULD PROVIDE.
Why keep Defaulter listed on VersionTracker when it CANNOT BE DOWNLOADED? There is no server from which to download it!
I was convinced Defaulter would help me so much - that it would be so much simpler than other software to use - with a little help from its maker, since it came with not one effective sentence of instructions. I purchased it, then poof! The person who built it and the server from which it came disappeared.
I was so wrong! I had written the vendor several times with questions and he had totally ignored me. Then, after two crashed machines (and fewer dollars, of course) I had Defaulter no more. And neither does VersionTracker!
I fiercely want to call the brass-bound callosity - who developed Defaulter, ignored supporters, then deserted it - an alien but won't since I fairly don't know his fate. Still, I burn each time I come across the name Defaulter on the VersionTracker site.
It did not serve a purpose for me and I sincerely doubt it will serve a purpose now for anyone who doesn't already have it residing on a computer.
