Product Description:

With ShowMacster you can playback Quicktime movie, still images and sound clips during video chats. It enables you to send a live capture of (parts of) your current screen. All playbacks/streams will cut seamlessly into your current live picture from your iSight.

The media for playback during video chats is organized in a new drawer of the iChat video chat window. You can drag&drop movies and pics into the drawer and resort them. With the help of (an virtually unlimited amount of) different categories you're able to organize them.

What's new in this version:

v1.3:

ShowMacster now supports further Firewire video devices (like camcorders etc.).
adding a new option for screencapture clips: "follow mouse movement".
adding the ability to import and playback sound media clips.
adding support for m4a, m4p, au, wav, 3G2 and 3GP media.
several bugfixes.

More stability and resposiveness all over the place

ShowMacster is now compatible with iCAR

The problems running ShowMacster and iGlasses together are solved. Until the release of an upcoming new version of iGlasses, there is a preliminary workaround in the FAQs section on our homepage.

I've just managed to get ShowMacster v1.9 up and running on Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard)! There are some minor glitches I have to look after and I have to do some further tests, but ShowMacster's future definitely looks much brighter right now :)

I used this product for a long time now and it's very stable (never crashed) and there is great support!
Works flawless with iChat AV and you can try it out with a demo.
It has 2 installers , one for Panther and one for Tiger.
Once you tried it out , i really hope you buy this for iChat!
Okay , it's not free but this app is well worth the money!
