New Features
- Sub-Totals by Day in all reports and invoices.
Improvements
- More responsive when doing some heavy reading from iCal.
- When automatically making a note that an invoice has been made, the amount of the invoice is now included.
- Export & Copy/Paste now replace carriage returns in your notes so that fields wrap better in programs like Excel.
- Export & Copy/Paste now include a Who column if multiple employees are included.
Bug Fixes
- Bug reporter consistently sends bug reports when asked.
- Drawer window opens more consistently when clicking on SubTotal by Project, Category, Employee.
- Preference window no longer does extra CPU activity if left open.

djlewis--2008As an independent software developer, I need to be able to easily and reliably run a time-tracking clock when working on client projects, as well as tracking activity for my business and professional work so I know where my time goes. It needs to be easy to turn on and off, and I need to be able to view, edit, categoriize, and organize time records to review my work estimates and report billable hours.
OfficeTime is exactly what I needed: nice UI, easy to use, lets me edit and organize work records. Not too complicated, doesn't try to be what it's not. I don't want a financial or accounting app, I want a time logging and reporting app. OfficeTime works great!

ProgressiveITGroupI'm a developer and use the software EVERY day and truly couldn't live without it! Before OfficeTime, I would track my time in excel, usually forgetting to record when I started or finished a project, and basically just making guesses. Now, OfficeTime makes it easy to just click the timer button once when I start a project, and again when I'm done. I don't have to enter a date and time. I don't have to think about it at all, and I always know I my billing is accurate.
Recently my windows vista laptop locked up (the problem had nothing to do with OfficeTime). I shut off my laptop (a hard-reboot), started it back up, opened up OfficeTime and was pleasantly surprised that OfficeTime was aware that it had been in-elegantly shut down, and offered to send a bug-report to technical support. [now that's good customer service!]
The program started back up without any problems, and my last session
was ended right where I left off.
The other feature I just love, is when I walk away from my laptop for any length of time, OfficeTime knows the computer has been idle and offers to deduct the minutes while I was "away" or keep them... this is a lifesaver! It allows me to be sure I don't bill customers for non-productive time.
HIGHLY recommended... Best software purchase I've made in years.... Lots of features for the cost.

I can't say enough great things about this software, and the support/response I have received from the developer is excellent. Do yourself a favor and try this software - you will be hooked.
