This does not work at all. Even on Macromedia's own site. Completely worthless. I keep getting errors about the version not matching the map file. Way to go Macromedia...

Install went fine, so I went to this page to test the plugins:
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/authorwareonly.html
but found this error:
"Error found while reading the Authorware Web Player map file.
The version of the map file does not match the version of the Authorware Web player plug-in that you are using.
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/aw_ok.aam"
Any idea?

Regarding previous mention of not downloading in Safari. It worked fine for me in the Safari 1.0 release in 10.2.6

It works but what about Authorware for OSX. LOts of educators moved over to the PC simply because Macromedia killed this great app on the Macc when it used to be a Mac only product. Shameful.

Going to the download page crashes Safari v1.0 on my PBG4 running 10.2.6. Had to download it with IE. Yikes!

so don't complain. Macromedia may be a little slow with Mac Development at times, but lately they are pretty good.
