About Ergoosie-X
An interactive computer program which, through its contents and functions, will be able to help you create the basic foundations for preventing the appearance of computer- and terminal-related work injuries.

Goal: Ergoosie’s task is to create a work environment where all individuals have knowledge and information about how he/she should work in order to avoid future injuries.

Aim: The aim is to create a work routine where the user actively takes into consideration how he/she works and that he/she gets used to taking regular breaks and pauses in his/her work. In order for this to be accomplished, the program contains the following:
- A pause clock that reminds you to take regular breaks.
- Exercises and movements that are especially good for exposed muscles and joints.
- A section with ergonomic tips and guidelines concerning the work area.
