Product Description:
This product allows users of the Asterisk PBX to easily display a list of extensions in a small company and then dial them without having to use the limited directory on the phone or having to remember phone extensions.

It does what it says, however, given the limited feature set and the comparatively high asking price, I'm afraid to say this is not worth paying for, especially not when comparing it to Jon's Phone Tool (JPT), the gold standard for dialer applications available for the same price.
