Kitty Spangles Solitaire Commentary...cute, but... - Version: 2.2.2, 7/8/2006 10:44PM PST

I was looking for something easier on the eyes than Solitaire til Dawn, and this is definitely it. It's so much easier to read the numbers on the cards; plus the sounds/colors/characters are so adorable.

The only downside is that the auto-features that you find in other Solitaire/Freecell games (including, sadly, the standard PC version) do not work as well as I am used to. I would like to be told when my Freecell game is stuck. Also, it would be nice if the Auto-Complete worked even if there are cards in the Freecells. If you like to stick to Solitaire (rather than Spider or Freecell) you won't notice it. But I do love Kitty just the same.

Kitty Spangles Solitaire ReviewMore variants at last! - Version: 2.0, 3/16/2006 02:15AM PST

I'm thrilled that this version finally added support for more kinds of Solitaire - this makes an already excellent game outstanding. The scoring system is a little wonky for some game types, but as far as I'm concerned this release earns the 5-star rating for features that I denied to the 1.x series. Everything I liked about Kitty before still applies, plus the whole game feels more polished now. The guys at Swoop really seem to have responded to their customers, and I have no problem recommending this great title.

Kitty Spangles Solitaire CommentaryHooray for three card deals! - Version: 1.5, 9/14/2005 04:34AM PST

The three card deal option added in this update has pumped more fun into a solid and cute solitaire title. I spend hours when I should be studying or sleeping undoing moves and restarting hands aiming for that ever elusive "purrfect" score. Great stuff!
