I used Pause 2.1 today for the first time to power down the Mac after Safari finished a download and it worked as advertised. Thanks, Solewood.

Simple, powerful, and highly configurable. Pause has an austere GUI, with no flashy logos or graphics, just simple Aqua themed controls that are intuitive and easy to use. I use Pause primarily with iTunes, and it works well, although the included script for completing an action upon the end of a track doesn't work so well if the selected track is paused and continued from within iTunes. A minor quibble, to be sure, in an app that shines. Pause sets a new freeware standard for design and robustness; apps of this quality seldom come free, and it's a good thing because if they did the world economy would probably tank overnight.
What would I like to see in future Pause revisions? Tighter integration with iTunes, and maybe menu bar status for quick access and less dock space usage.

No problem with previous versions.
This version, however, at the end of the interval produces an Applescript error message to the effect that "false" is not a boolean.
