AddressBookQuickEntry CommentarySuggestions for Improving ABQE - Version: 2.1, 3/29/2005 10:25PM PST

I have just downloaded the software today. Tried a couple of entry and here are some suggestions to make the software even more user-friendly.
Here's my wish list:
1) I wish that I can launch ABQE from within Addressbook itself instead of having it as a separate application. My dock is quite packed already. :(

2) I wish that when I choose to add or add one, the fields will be cleared without having to click on clear myself. The less the click, the happier the users. :) Having a text somewhere on the dialog box indicating that the entry has been done would be nifty.

3) I really wish that the application will not bring me to the addressbook everytime I complete an entry. I have to toggle back to ABQE and click on Clear before I can make another entry. For bulk entry, I would like to continuosly enter my contacts without seeing it first in the addressbook. Only after I completed my bulk entry, the ABQE should close and display the Addressbook with all the latest entry highlighted.

4) I consistently encountered this error: "Apple Script Error: No result was returned from some part of this expression. (-2763)" after pressing CLEAR and add another contact by pressing "ADD".

Well, just my thoughts. I want to thank you for sharing this application with us and making it available for free. :) God bless.

It may not be possible to do, but it would be great if ABQE could mirror the existing contacts in Address Book. That would make it easy to edit contacts rather than having to start over.

Love the concept of the program. Every time I try to use it though I get an AppleScript Error. I've gotten the message with the three different versions I've tried. It reads: Address Book got an error: Can't continue «event az00az15». (-1708). Do you know what that means and a way I may be able to fix it??
