Eye Connect recognized my PS3 immediately and automatically. It forwards my iTunes playlists, iPhoto Albums, and movies with no hassle whatsoever. Movie playback is limited to the formats recognized by the PS3, mostly WMV (enabled through system settings on the PlayStation) and MPEG-4. You may need to fuss with the codec used for the MPEG (see the advanced settings in iMovie), but it does indeed work.

You can copy media files to the hard drive on the PlayStation. EyeConnect even sees files on an optical disk or outboard hard drive on the Mac.

Sketchy with DirecTV HD DVR and 10.5 beta - Version: 1.5, 10/15/2007 01:02AM PST

Using Developer beta, this version will not restart after stopping to make changes. Re-installing does restart the server. but stopping again to make any change results in not being able to restart again.

On the DVR side, an HDR20-100, the server can be seen and sometimes works, but most times simply takes too long to load anything. Combo of both right now is not good. Hope they get it fixed soon so it works better with 10.5 and this DVR.

Another note... works very well with 10.4.10 and the HDR20.
