Here's a chicken that runs like its head has not been chopped off.

Welp, the year of the chicken is gone... it's now gone to the dogs. Happy Chinese new year! I still say every year should be a chicken year. BTW, I'm pecking around trying to slip 'The Lonesome Electric Chicken' into China, but its transmission is being blocked by CIA funded Googlebots. Chicken conspiracy? I think so. Can we cloak the chicken? China needs the chicken.

Could there be a "chicken flapping" option added? Just as the wisdom is belched, the chicken could flap around violently for a moment. This would help me in ways I cannot discuss here.

The Lonesome Electric Chicken ReviewEver wondered where your little 'nest-egg' came from? - Version: 3.0.1, 8/26/2005 10:29AM PST

What with the many "poulterrorists" running around the barnyard, leaving their white round packages at suspicious places, I'd say its high time Bush created a "Department of Eggland Security" (or maybe egghead?)
And perhaps a new "Code White" level of alertness.
We would all feel much safer, of that Im certain...
Cluck!

The Lonesome Electric Chicken ReviewA Chicken in every yard, I say. - Version: 3.0.1, 3/14/2005 12:00AM PST

The Lonesome Electric Chicken cannot be denied.
The gifted creator of the Chicken should sell additional libraries of quotations, but in the end, the Chicken's native philosophy is what really matters.

I for one welcome our new Chicken overlord!

Thank you O' Chicken developer for hearing my plea for colored fonts and sans chicken settings! Now I can have the Chicken, or not, against any desktop background.

This app is now a startup item on both of my macs. I have fallen under it's spell. All hail the Chicken!

There is a slight bug that cuts off part of the last letter of the author's name in non-chicken display mode. Other than this small flaw, it's pure joy, wisdom and down to earth chicken goodness.

Watch out for Apple though... they might decide, after seeing this app, to have a "chicken wisdom feature" included in Tiger (iChicken?). I would say more about this, but Apple's Legal Dept. won't let me...

I really enjoy this program, but uses should be aware that it may conflict with their value system and cause a wisdom crash. In all seriousness, I seldom use these quote proggies, but this one is nicely done, and it comes with some good quotations, IMHO.

The Lonesome Electric Chicken ReviewNew, More Profound Chicken - Version: 3.0, 3/7/2005 02:42PM PST

A more profound Lonesome Electric Chicken. After pulling myself together & wiping away more than a few tears, I have to say that this new Lonesome Electric Chicken release has rocked my world. Although I was not happy with the hidden $85 fee at first, I have now come to realize that $85 is a poultry amount of money for such an earth-shattering application. Put the Chicken in your heart. Put the Chicken in your soul. Put the Chicken on your Desktop and let the Chicken... let the Chicken take control.

A delightful little app featuring some very apt quotes. And if people disagree with what quotes he's used, they're more than welcome to code their own quotation program.
