accessTunes CommentaryHas this been end-of-lifed? - Version: 1.2.1, 5/24/2006 03:17PM PST

Developer stated via email that a new version would be out 'soon' to fix bugs and missing fields. This was last October! What does 'soon' mean?? I guess it means never. :(

accessTunes ReviewYou can't use this on two machines at the same time - Version: 1.2.1, 4/5/2006 06:06PM PST

I bought two licences, one for MP3, one for a lossless machines. The registration checking disables both copies running on a subnet. The developer said he would fix it, but never did. He said I could get a refund on one of the licences, but of course I can't find all of the stuff Kagi sent me. Sigh. Ok product if you only run one copy on a subnet.

accessTunes ReviewRegistration and support problems - Version: 1.2.1, 8/26/2005 03:14PM PST

I agree! I have to re-enter my registration AND preferences each time I re-boot. I have emailed support multiple times and have not received a reply. Don't pay for this software and since it is almost useless without registering, it is really not worth downloading.

If the author will support his product and fix the problems that so many are having, then it is a great piece of software and he desrves to be paid. But until he supports his defective product, it is just a waste of time and money.
