URLwell Commentaryexactly what I've needed, but... - Version: 1.2.1, 8/10/2005 06:58AM PST

this is is the perfect solution to my annoyance at "must have" URL docs strewn all over my desktop. the only drawback I can see is that the title shown in the drop down is the <title>title</title> of the web page and many time that is not descriptive enough to let one know the contents of the page. for instance one web store i visit regularly just has the name of the store on every page title. so bookmarking different pages of that site yields exactly the same looking entry in the well. if we could edit the title shown in the "view items" window that would be awesome. thanks for a great little tool!

URLwell Usage TipEnthusiastic like everybody else, yet... - Version: 1.2.1, 7/17/2005 01:00PM PST

I don't know if this is the case with other browsers, but I'm a Safari addict and have problems due to the fact that the URL Well icon, showing on the left hand side of the menu bar, is covered up by Safari items.
So I have to drag my temporary URLs to the desktop, THEN store them into URLWell, which somehow dispels most of the magic.
So I would warmly welcome the addition of a preferences option permitting to store the icon ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE MENU BAR.
Don't know if it is esaily feasible, I just thought I'd ask.
