Lookup Postcode Developer NoteRe: Entourage problem - Version: a2e4, 2/18/2005 07:27PM PST

To lamont ancient:
- Are there other scripts in the same folder which DO show up in Entourage?
- Can you check the file type of the Lookup Postcode script, or open it in Script Editor and resave it perhaps, to make sure the file hasn't been damaged somehow.

I installed this into Entourage. The Script is in the correct folder but for some reason it does not appear in the Scripts Menu. Yes, I did quit and restart Entourage.

Lookup Postcode Developer NoteExplaining Edit mode - Version: a2e4, 2/17/2005 08:32PM PST

In Address Book, the pop-up menu only displays Address Book Plug-Ins when you're NOT in Edit mode. In Edit mode, the same pop-up is used to select Home, Work or Other address type. So in other words, getting the script to work in Edit mode is out of my hands :-)
