Why bother with this when IM services like AIM or Yahoo can send a text message for free?

SMS Mac ReviewGreat deal for sending international text messages. - Version: 2.1, 1/25/2008 12:00AM PST

The address book plugin is designed decently and it is simple to use.

Never try to send a single message after selecting an address book group - this will result in sending the text message to the whole address book group.

~0.10 EUR / message is quite fair, especially for international text messages. The additional annual fee of 10 EUR is in my opinion a bit of a rip-off, though.

Almost every text message reaches its addressee - otherwise you will be informed by email and your money is refunded.

I am using this little application for more than a year and I've been saving a lot of money trough it. It is easy to use and reliable. I am sending SMS trough the whole world (It probably isn‘t so useful in the USA).
