I like it. Note that the current version, at least, can be installed into the users ~/Mail/Bundles/ folder. It doesn't have to be in /Library/Mail/Bundles/ folder as was mentioned below. Also if you have any other Mail bundles installed already then you don't need to do the terminal stuff to get this working.

I'm the developer for this plugin, and I did not know until today that it was posted to versiontracker. I intentionally did not post it because I did not want to do the level of tech support that having it posted entails, and because it is not ready for prime time. There is no installer. There is no icon.
Furthermore, whoever posted this did not copy the installation instructions correctly. I suppose I'll leave it up for now, but the previous poster is correct: This plugin is most appropriate for power users for now.

Thanks! I installed the new version in /Library/Mail/Bundles again and went through the gubbins required in Terminal and hey presto!- it all works.
In fact it works very well and as the earlier post comments, very natural.
Great Idea, I imagine installing it is a little daunting if you don't like using Terminal.
Can I just comment in what I hope is a constructive way, that if you could make a installer it would be a great help for non UNIX folk or at least make it clear that you don't use the Mail folder in the individual User's Library folder.
Cheers
