Daylite Mail Integration Module (DMI) is a powerful tool that tightly integrates Apple Mail with Daylite. When a message is composed or reviewed, DMI automatically sends the email contents directly to Daylite's powerful database. DMI gives you access to relevant contacts, opportunities and projects right within Apple Mail. You can control whether the email contents are sent to Daylite or not. DMI also provides the ability to create tasks, appointments, opportunities and projects from within Mail. Use DMI to retain meaningful contact history and leverage the power of Daylite to streamline your daily workflow in a single or multi-user environment.

I tried the program and this DMI-module.
It's impossible to get rid of v2.1 (Leopard Beta 2) from Mail with the uninstall-program.
It's left in the preferences in Mail.

This is a must have for anyone who manages many contacts and relationships. This module links with the Daylite Contact Manager and records all emails sent to and received from you contacts and places the messages right in your contacts record. You can now have, at a glance, views of all the communication that was received from and sent to every contact in your database. This is great for me since I now have more that 4,000 contacts in my database. Download Daylite and the Mail Integration Module. There is a stiff learning curve for Daylite but it will pay for itself in the end. There is no other program for the Mac that compares!

This missing piece of the puzzle makes Daylite even more feature complete. Works quite well and let's me decide on an email by email basis what emails to make part of my database. Very well done!
