PresButan CommentaryGreat, but... - Version: 1.0, 1/20/2005 06:31PM PST

This is a great idea (and I love the icon, BTW), but what I would find valuable is the option to have the contextual menu pop up with the selected icon, either when you hit the enter key or when you use control-enter. As far as I know there is no way to get to the contextual menu functions using the keyboard alone.

Works as advertised. Hitting the Return key instead of cmd-O is a bit of a time saver in the world of keystrokes - nice that someone is able to bring Windoze functionality to our poor, retarded OS... :D Only one serious flaw: the name of the file selected momentarily switches to editable when the return key is hit and then goes back to non-editable after about .25 seconds - if you hit any other keys during that little window you will rename the file. If the author can fix this I'd give it five stars.
