Retrospective allows you to search Safari's cache for any textual or image content on previously visited websites. That way you can quickly locate a page again if you forget the address but know something about the content.

Really helped me on a number of occasions where I needed to find that web page I previously browsed. However, it does not appear to support Unicode and won't display double byte language properly.

I'm aware that there's another application called Memento also released recently. I've decided to change the name of my application by next release. The name hasn't been chosen yet.

What if you don't use Safari or often delete the cache ?
