pdf-Recover Professional CommentaryHow to bypass a protected pdf - Version: 4.0, 12/4/2007 11:25PM PST

I was looking for a way to unlock a zip file when i look to this program, it as no use to me but since i'm here i rather give some people a trick to get rid off the password on pdfs, you only have to open the pdf with the ColorSync utility and save it, that's all. I have to warn you that it may change the color i bit for the worst or the best but you will be able to bookmark, copy/paste, print it and the rest.

hope someone will find this tip usefull, i sure do use it sometimes

pdf-Recover Professional ReviewExcellent Software - Version: 4.0, 8/15/2007 01:07AM PST

I purchased a DVD player for my girlfriend's parents. These people are in their 80's and woefully non-technical. Giving them a copy of the DVD player's user's manual (80 plus pages) was just too much for them to absorb. I downloaded the User's Manual from the web site of the manufacturer - but it was locked. 1 minurte with pdf-Recover Professional and I had an unlocked version of the manual. I extracted the 2 pages that are relevant to using the player and my girlfriend's parents are happy - and we're not getting phone calls, asking "I forget - how do I . . ."!

Not only is the software excellent - The Customer Support is stellar. I sent 1 e-mail and I had a response within a short period. They fixed my (self-induced) problem and were very gracious. Definitely a great investment - both the software and the company!

SystemLord, are you sure you are talking about the pdf-Recover Pro solution? It is the latest version corresponding to their website and there is no option to enter any email address they can use to spam you to death.
So I guess you talked about a different provider....
