A ton of REALbasic applications you don't need, all bundled together so you never need to download them. A lot of these functions included here are done better, and more professionally, in other applications found here at VersionTracker.
Additionally, the software license appears to have been written by someone in high school, lacking legal experience. For example, the EULA provision of "You Will Not Attempt To Take Legal Action Against RyanAndFriends/RyanAndFriends Software or anyone associated" is utterly unenforceable. You cannot assume away my rights so easily, especially when I am "not required to view this document to abide by these terms." As an example, it wouldn't be enforceable at all to put a clause in the license saying that the user agrees not to post any negative reviews of the software (though, I'd love to see you try).
In short, fire your programming team, and seek a lawyer's assistance in creating a EULA that won't get laughed out or court. While I don't doubt that this piece of software might be useful eventually, it most definitely isn't there now.

Wow! This is possibly the worst piece of software ever written. Download it to put Tiger's "Secure Erase" feature to good use!
