Bullet CommentaryThe old program - Version: 1.1, 1/9/2005 02:26PM PST

Rick Deckard
The old System 6/7 program was actually called "Madness - RAGE!" as I recall, amalthea. I may have the capitalization backwards or maybe there were more exclamation points, but that was the full name.

Bullet Commentary(lol) Offensive, that's rich, let me write that one down - Version: 1.0, 12/30/2004 11:15PM PST

Catch-22
Good job author, add in a motion feature (bullet holes ripping across the screen!) and sound effects (I'll ask uncle jed for his Ak-47 and capture it for you). Make it into a reminder to take a break from the Mac now and again (We all need those kumbaya moments don't we?).
Facism... that's classic, lol. I feel you pain brother... really.

Bullet CommentaryAnyone Remember? - Version: 1.0, 12/30/2004 10:49PM PST

There was a similar app in the old OS 7,8 and 9 days. It was very full featured. Many different types of firearms, etc. Great fun! And I am a peace loving son of a...er, I abhor violence as much as the next bloody...oh, forget it. Have I ever gotten upset enough with my online electric/gas bill to want to fill it full of holes. You betcha!! In fact, I think I'll do it right now...

Nice to see this old chestnut back and updated for OS X. (And free.)

Bullet ReviewCool(ish) - Version: 1.0, 12/30/2004 10:48PM PST

There was a similar thing years back on OS9. I forget it's name but it was very cool. Mouse control, various guns, machine guns with appropriate sounds and so on. Hope the developer adds these features. More stars after that.

Bullet ReviewCheaper than the real thing - Version: 1.0, 12/30/2004 09:50PM PST

This little app is much cheaper than putting real bullets through my monitors like I used to. Mouse control would be cool, but it's still fun as it is.

Bullet CommentaryHow, exactly, does this glorify violence? - Version: 1.0, 12/30/2004 09:45PM PST

ean
Guess I'll have to try it and find out for myself cuz I'm not convinced. I agree with 153957--requiring a mouse gesture demands responsibilty, culpability even, when discharging oh-so-lethal photons.

Bullet CommentaryI'm not sure what's more offensive to me: - Version: 1.0, 12/30/2004 09:06PM PST

The program which glorifies violence or the people who think this type of trash is cool, either way, it's just another sign of the fascism which is blanketing this country. Get this trash off VersionTracker.

Bullet ReviewVery fun - Version: 1.0, 12/30/2004 08:40PM PST

A safe and easy way to take out your frustration on your computer while still feeling relieved afterwards. Only suggestion I have is for there to be multiple images of bullet holes used instead of the same one over and over. Oh, and it makes some interesting sounds if you press the key combination to fire several time.
