PatternMaker and PatternPack 1.1 plug-ins are both fully compatible with InDesign CS-2. The PatternMaker 1.1 update includes scripting support for increased creativity and time-saving capabilities. PatternMaker is now free with three PostScript patterns included, or for greater versatility, Pattern-Pack 1.1, a new plug-in with 13 extra original patterns, retails for $99.

Mac OSX.3.6. IDCS. I'm not completely impartial, since I've had an e-mail back and forth with Teacup, but I can objectively report that I used it for a project. Found it solid, flexible, clear and fun. The file printed accurately to both my PostScript laser and iP4000 inkjet. The PDF from IDCS preflighted in Acrobat Pro 6 with a green light - no problems - using a press profile.
