Mailings ReviewDO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM - THIS IS A DIRTY THIEF - Version: 1.9.53, 2/8/2010 12:06PM PST

gaerry
Never received the necessary password for weeks after payment nor any kind of reply to any of my e-mails. All addresses given on the website or in any blogs give "invalid recipient" replies. It's really a pity cause I liked the program - now additionally to the time I spent getting around it I also had to spend more time to research for a replacement. If you like to spend useless 25$ better take some beers at the bar.

Mailings ReviewVendor unresponsive, refund requested from kagi - Version: 1.9.52, 12/16/2009 09:45AM PST

I have no idea what's going on with Joe at Limit Point but I advise you to think twice before purchasing this product. I was never sent a registration key after making my purchase and Joe failed to reply to any emails I sent trying to track the problem down. (I was also very careful to scan my junk mail during this period on the chance the key was sent but caught by my spam filters.) Today I contacted kagi and had them refund my $25.

The shame is that the product seemed to work just fine for me though it's a little difficult to debug problems w/ the SMTP configuration. It would also be nice if it allowed you to define custom fields when importing contacts from a CSV file. For example, the number of reservations a person makes for an event.

Mailings CommentaryIs this company still in business? - Version: 1.9.52, 12/14/2009 04:47PM PST

The developer does not appear to be responding to license key requests via Kagi and does not return emails sent directly to them.

I purchased a license key seven days ago via kagi and have still not received it. Repeated emails to the developer have gone unanswered. I am now pursuing getting a refund from kagi. If anyone knows what's going on, please respond.

Too bad really as the product appears to work just fine.

Joe? You out there? Please give me a sign!

Mailings Troubleshooting Reporthtml won't load in hotmail type receivers - Version: 1.9.46, 12/20/2008 07:39AM PST

I downloaded a copy to try out with my personal christmas card sending. The interface and work flow are so smartly designed that I really want to give this software a 5 star rating. However, the html I sent seems not to load in any of the hotmail type clients. Apple Mail and Outlook seem to be working fine. Why is that and how do I solve the problem?

Mailings ReviewWorks as advertised - Version: 1.9.42, 9/14/2008 08:07AM PST

Mailings works. It is simple and easy to use on the first try. And with further experience it answers the call to do more. If you manage an email list that requires frequent mailings ... buy it.

Mailings ReviewAwesome Mail Program - Version: 1.9.41, 8/26/2008 11:06AM PST

blazergia
I've used the program for mailing of about 1000 for about a year and it does exactly what I need to to do. I highly recommend using this program. I handles HTML email, server STMP spam protection with a throttle, on the fly email editing, drop scheduling and more. I'm on the west coast and set up my emails in zip string to start in the East at about 6am here, 9am in the East. About the time most of my prospects have cleared their overnight email of junk! Great Job!

Mailings ReviewSpot on … - Version: 1.9.38, 7/3/2008 04:59AM PST

A great piece of software which does what it's designed to do very well.

One plus point is that you can try it without limit for 30 days - which allows you to properly evaluate the software, rather than being limited to a paltry 10 contacts which gives you no idea how the software will perform when sending a newsletter to 700+ contacts.

The 'Apple-like' interface, Dreamweaver, Mail and Address Book integration, and a logical, well-thought-out workflow were just the icing on the cake. Oh, and the price is first rate.

Keep up the good work!

This is an easy-to-use yet powerful program - and a great deal for the money. I was looking for a way to send out 100s of email newsletters to my clients and within 2 minutes, was delivering html emails effortlessly and flawlessly to select recipients. Great product and great support.
