Product Description:

Mac-HaBu is an accounting and invoicing program for private users, Clubs and small companies. It has all features you need for a correct accounting job. So you don't need to spend more money for another program. The results can be displayed with different exploitations (Profit+Loss, Budget, VAT,...) and with different graphics.

What's new in this version:

Version 10.0.2 corrects some minor bugs.

Version 10.0:

  • Documents
    • You are able to attach documents to personal-accounts, articles, offers and invoices, now.
  • hibiscus
    • This interface was updated to version 1.6. Also an interface to import data was implemented.
  • Column selection for Linux
    • Like "Mac-HaBu" and "Win-HaBu" also "Lin-HaBu" can hide individual columns.
  • Find in article
    • Now you can search in articles of offers, invoices and orders.
  • Article packages
    • Article packages allow the combination of several individual items. Packages can be configured in different ways in order to use all possible cases.
  • Suppliers / Orders
    • For each article suppliers can be added. These are the basis for the management of orders.
  • Stock-receipt
    • To enter received goods easier, a new dialog.
  • Trip
    • With this point all trips can be entered and transferred to the travel expenses (accounting).
  • Travel
    • With this point all travel expenses are entered and taken over in the accounting.

Maybe this is nice for a private person or a would-be company but it is really and totallu unsuited for any serious business either snall or large.

and I use Mac-HaBu for years (5 ?). It's very efficient. Surely, i'm missing some features - but it's performing it's job very well !!
