Product Description:

This is a very simple alarm clock program that allows you to wake up to a randomly picked track from an iTunes playlist. You can specify an alarm either by a date and time or by number of minutes, and when the alarm goes off, the program will play a random track from the specified playlist in iTunes. For added variety, it will not pick any of the last ten tracks chosen previously.

It randomizes which song starts. No preferences. Horrible program.

Alarm Thingy appears to have no function at all. It does nothing.

Does not appear to work with very small playlists. (One or two songs) Otherwise, it appears to function properly under Tiger with iTunes 6.0.1. I like the fade-in of the music.
