Product Description:

WindowDragon was created because it is often inconvenient to click on a window's title bar or resize button to move and resize windows. WindowDragon allows a window's entire structure to be used as move or resize zone. In other words, WindowDragon makes it possible to move or resize a window by clicking anywhere within that window. Additionally, WindowDragon allows you to resize a window in any direction, and it allows you to drag all of an application's windows in tandem.

What's new in this version:

WindowDragon has been released under the BSD open source license.

Operating System Requirements:

This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:

  • Mac OS X 10.4 PPC
  • Mac OS X 10.3.9

WindowDragon CommentaryVery useful extension with one problem - Version: 1.1b2, 10/24/2007 12:29AM PST

I have one problem, though. With certain apps, I cannot augment the window size up to the top of the screen. It blocks 42 px before it the top edge of the screen.

Happens in Safari, Camino and others, but not in Finder and some others.

WindowDragon ReviewIntel beta works fine - Version: 1.0, 11/12/2006 04:10PM PST

The universal beta of windowdragon, 1.1b2, works fine on my Macbook.
Entourage and Safari included. I have a conflict with Illustrator, but it may just be my trigger. Window dragon is my favorite of the three apps that perform this function (including MondoMouse and Zooom). I already use Unsanity's APE, so that's not a problem for me (you need APE for windowdragon).
