macinpaThe application is drag-and-drop-dead-simple. The extracted files are classified/organized in folders. Intuitive is the word - won't need the manual unless you want to tap into even more powerful features (e.g., recovering files off erased flash cards, from damaged files and more).
Updates and improvements are introduced on a pretty routine basis. Can't speak much for the responsiveness of the developer because I've never had problems and therefore, never required a response. Based on my experience, Juicer truly earns its 5-star rating.
Echo One also produces Double Take for making photo panoramas - another ease-of-use winner. If you've never tried making a pano, now's the time. And no, I have no relation to Echo One - just really appreciate apps that make my work a little easier.

gdittmerif you need mere conversion, because one file format has been packed into another, I suggest that you check out a web-based solution like media-convert.com.
