Since iPodderX re-branded itself as Transistr, the product has become
Vaporware!

I have not been able to download one podcast with iPodderX. It came bundled in BoomBox and though I got a reasonable MUG discount, it ain't worth it.
I cannot launch it, get help, get the website up and I am about to dump it!
I rate it useless.

I was using iPodderX since version 2.2 and finally got fed up with the buggy program. In theory and only in perfect conditions when the gods will allow, iPoderX is an excellent program for getting all your podcasts and vidcasts. However the problem is that the program is extrememly buggy and is always buggier with each ..x upgrade. The common solution is always to do a complete uninstall of all files and then reinstalling. After the last update even doing this still would not allow my paid copy of iPodderX to work still. These bugs would be tolerable to deal with if it weren't for the poor support. After sending two e-mails over a month ago, I have yet to receive any type of response. This lack of care irritates me and makes me feel like I was robbed of $25 for a program that gets bloated after each version and never increases in stability or compatibility.

I've been using iPodderX since version 2.1, and it just keeps getting better and better. 3.0 had a few problems, but those were fixed long ago.
If you're using iTunes for podcasts, you owe it to yourself to try iPodderX.

Version 3.0.1a works fine so far since it did not crash.
And now I have Version 3.0.2 and all the **** comes back. ;-x
NOT MORE FEATURES - FIX YOUR BUGS FIRST.
Did everything - even removed the old Prefs and other stuff in the Library Folder to have it run without crashing - no chance for me.
(1 minute runtime at best for me - who gets more?)

.... understanding why there would be a need for this kind of paid application (and I am sure it is fine) when the same things can be accomplished using iTunes.
