In order to continue to evaluate, you just need to quit your host application and open again.

re-select the tuner in the Track Info window in GarageBand (select "None" then select Guitar Tuner again).

The demo let me barely try to start tuning before it stopped working and told me to register... Like I said, it didn't even give me enough time to test it really. I used to love the OS 9 version, so I assume this is good, but I don't know...
With all the other tuners out there I threw this in the trash, no reason to take a chance if I can't even really test it without it shutting down on me.
BTW, they should change the directions for Audio Unit newbies... You don't just drop this into the plugins folder... it goes into the Components folder within the plugins folder. Also, you need to turn on the monitor button in GarageBand for it to start working too.
Anyway, they really should be a bit less draconian with the registration... at least give someone 5 minutes or so.. sheesh...
