I have used this, and all it does is put its movie in the movie folder. I didn't lose a thing. v.0.7.4.3 and intel mac with 10.5.6

DANGER, if you use this application it will delete your movies folder. You heard that right. Your Movies folder will be deleted from your user folder and replaced by the movie that you just recorded with this. The movies folder will even be gone from the left side of a finder window. This is why I keep a up to date slave drive clone and an external firewire clone using SuperDuper.
All my movies were deleted soon as I started to record. GONE, could not be found in spotlight, No undo.
DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION. OK, you had fair warning. I just don't want this to happen to someone who has only one hard drive.

Great application once you get the feedback taken care of in the audio settings when first starting it, ouch. The end result is the best video of all my video apps, go figure.
So let me see if I'm reading this right. I don't think the app now is going to expire and you want us to download this version because the only thing different is that this just makes it expire. Wow, I can see that download counter flipping like crazy now, not.

Well I got it working just fine. The app was corrupt so I reinstalled it and everything works great now. This is one great application.

This program has a ton of functionality. It's great has a PVR. Good has just a TV tuner. Almost too much for a webcam capture program.
I'm using it record the local news at our television station and then turn it around for a podcast, 3GP, and Flash versions of the show to put up on our website. Works great with my blackmagic SDI card. It's really versiable and does so many things its crazy.
I have had one issue with the program though, and that is that it crashes every three days. But the developer has been great to respond. Other than that one issue, it's done everything I could have asked and more. Well Done.
