I poked around the "unregistered" version for a few minutes, and the game doesn't look half bad. When I went to register it so I could play as one of my teams over there, that's when things deteriorated. The first thing you notice is that you can not Tab between fields, and you can not use the Delete key to remove mistakes (?). And you WILL make mistakes when you register this game because there are 2 different "Reg Code" files; one is at the root level of the .dmg file and the other is in the "ESM2-X" folder, (use this one).
Another problem was Quitting. This game doesn't like the idea, there isn't even a Command-Q option to do so. But even going to File/Quit does nothing, and I'm running OSX 10.3.8 on a 17" PowerBook with a Gig of RAM. Force Quitting is all that has worked for me thus far. Hmm?
It looks like this game use to be sold, but the Developer has opened the Bar, so to speak, and for that he or she is to be thanked. The Developer also made the mistake of calling the game by it's American name, confusing the rest of the world. Come on dude, we know what Football is, and it's not a pointy ball.
Too bad the Lower Divisions aren't included to supporters of unfortunate clubs who have been Relegated. I know I could get West Ham back up to the Prem! (-; Yeeeeeee-hawwwww!!!

For the rest: This game looks like C64, the gameplay may be OK, but the graphics are - sorry - ugly.
