Product Description:
Stickler! is a skinnable scrolling headline ticker for RSS/Atom feeds. Simply drag and drop URLs, links or badges that point at valid feeds and then watch the news go by, updated automatically or on user-specified schedule. Users can change not only the skin appearance, but also the font, scrolling speed, background color, and transparency. It also includes a Last 10 Stories option, which opens the recent stories' information in a web browser, and a growing collection of feeds via a Find Feeds option.

Get 1.0.4 from the developers site. It is working fine (intel included).

The current version (at time of writing) is 1.0.2
1.0.1 is broken (claims its expired and I should get a new version from Metafy)
1.0.2 is also broken (same claim)
Tried on several machines all with the same result.
And the Metafy forums have been down for several days.
Sigh...
