Schick CommentaryOne more thing... - Version: 3.1, 10/30/2006 11:03AM PST

...to add the the list below.

3) Even though I have Schick set up to open at log in (on several Macs) it doesn't. I have to launch it manually. Not sure why.

Schick ReviewReally great utility - Version: 3.1, 10/23/2006 02:37PM PST

Well-written app. Very useful and self-explanatory. The only suggestions I have are:

1) I would really like an option to be alerted if I'm overwriting a file that's already at the destination, and given the choice to replace or cancel, like the usual way the Mac handles such things. I don't like having the only options of replacing a file without being warned if it's older or newer, or the file not being sent at all.

2) The interface is a bit obtrusive. It would be nice if it could be hidden somehow and activated when a file is dragged over a much smaller bit of screen real estate.

But those aside, it's definitely a winner. Love the permissions settings feature, among others.

Schick Commentaryis this still being maintained? - Version: 2.0, 5/24/2006 12:47PM PST

this would be perfect, if
a) its reliability would be improved
b) interface would be made even more convenient
