I make a living off of PHP development and just registered for the business license. The one thing about this product that makes it more than worth it's money is the included Applescript that provides ability to highlight a PHP function in BBEdit and look up that function in PHP Function Index with a button click. I would typically perform a google search for the function and take the first hit which was almost invariably the entry for the function in one of the online PHP manuals. But sometimes it wasn't... Now, I just highlight the term in BBEdit, click alt-apple-. (period) and all related functions are listed in PHP Function Index. Thanks for this!

Perfect for quick lookups. It would be great if a bit more of the website could be incorporated - for example you won't find anything about $_SERVER here - but for fast function lookups this can't be beat. I use it every time I do anything significant with PHP.
A very minor bug, if you select Window -> Comments Download, the request for you to register to update all comments doesn't come up, it only comes up when you click update all from the comments drop down.
