Waiting for the Demo - Version: 2006-06-06, 4/17/2007 01:34AM PST

I'm glad to hear it's not just me (in a way.) I want to try the demo out because I'm seriously shopping for a solution for authoring QuickTime movies that leverage all the special features (chapters, subtitles, etc.), but Totally Hip's registration requires so much effort on the part of the user, you forget why you were trying out the software before they actually get you the demo license (which I still haven't.) I can't believe how backwards their anti-piracy measures are; Sony must be taking notes. All they do is drive away potential customers and force them to start looking for the competition.

This is what happens when software makers smoke "Too much" weed. Lots of great ideas but full of holes. I'm sure when they mellow out a little they will put the shine on.
do three times on different days:
called sales. they are on the line with other customers.
called support. they are on the line with other customers.
called accounting. they are on the line with other customers.
enddo:
left voice mails to sales, support and accounting, no reply
again left voice mails. no reply.
