Product Description:

iNetCourier is a simple, effective file transfer system for the internet. Forget about FTP and specialized client software. iNetCourier takes the complication out of transferring files and allows client machines to log-on and submit data from any current web browser.

This web-based file transfer system is simple to setup and easy to maintain. It allows you to easily manage multiple web-based transfer sites each having their own set of users, permissions, and notifications. In addition, each iNetCourier transfer site is fully customizable and can be quickly designed to match your existing company website or to reflect the individual account it represents (names, graphics, colors, styles…)

With iNetCourier you will never waste time and energy checking the server to see if an important file has arrived. Its built-in notification system sends an email to alert the designated site contact(s) when a file is successfully uploaded. Plus, the sender of the file may also include a special note or set of instructions to accompany the automatic alert.

iNetCourier is a simple, effective file transfer system for the internet. You don't need to be a full time system administrator to set it up or to use it. We encourage you to give iNetCourier a try.

What's new in this version:

  • File names may now contain more than 32 characters. (Updated iNetCourier interface will display full name instead of a truncated name with a #xxxx style suffix.)
  • File names are allowed to contain accented characters. (Characters such as: üîé.)
  • Bug fix related to viewing QuickTime movie files in Safari. QuickTime, in Safari, will still require the user to authenticate the first time it's used, but it will now accept the login information. (All other browsers view QuickTime movies as expected.)

This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:

  • Mac OS X 10.4 PPC

iNetCourier CommentarySlick, Professional, and easy to use - Version: 1.2.4, 12/14/2005 09:27AM PST

In all my 18 plus years of tech experience iNetcourier is by far the easiest to use and set up file transfer program I've come across. I've been using the software for a year now with no complaints. We transfer gigs of data back and forth every day. I have over 30 different client and vendor sites.

The beauty of iNetCourier is that you can easily customize each site, so that your vendor or client sees a site that looks specifically designed for them. All you need is basic html knowledge. Even so the included look is professional enough that customization isn't needed.

Most importantly even the most novice computer user (those of you who support artists know what I mean) can upload and download files to and from the site with ease. Since it's browser based no clumsy ftp software is required to upload or download, which makes sending a link to your client or vendor a breeze. All you have to do is send them the url, username and password.

I urge anyone who needs professional and easy to use internet transfer to give iNetcourier a try.

I first must say that 'iNetCourier' is truly an amazing application.

For years my partner, in advertising, and I, in film production, have had the nightmare of sending or receiving files up to and above 20MB. We have our own Sun Cobalt web server but ftp has never really been an option as 1) straight ftp is not that secure for the server and 2) most people are not technically minded enough to set an ftp transfer up.

When I found 'iNetCourier' I could not beleive how easy it was to setup, customize and for people to upload and download files, especially the way you can send the user name and password in the http address.

It has honestly saved a tremendous amount of aggravation both for me managing the server on a PowerBook G4 running a standard version of Mac OS 10.4 connected to our home ADSL line, and the many people who upload and download from 'iNetCourier'.

Congratulations to the company that make it... I am certainly recommending the program to everyone.

Regarding Mišo comment: "69 bucks, .......... hm, try http://dropload.com/"

Read the spec. or try the demo of iNetCourier, there is a hell of a lot of difference.

PS I don't work for the company, I just think it's a great product.
