Not good and getting worse

Ever since I started using this product there have been problems, only some of which were solved after they had been reported. The worst of the long-standing problems is that this software does not understand that the Norwegian alphabet has three extra letters at the end: æ, ø and å. The present version is a step backwards because a large proportion of Norwegian words cannot be looked up, including those that begin with p-s and ø.
