Product Description:

PDFLab lets you split and join PDF documents as well as insert images and blank pages. You will also be able to easily create PDF documents out of several images. Its usage is really simple. You add your files in a list, select the pages you wish to include, order them the way you want and create a new PDF document.
PDFLab 2.0 also ships with tools that let you quickly split a document into many documents, (one document per page or one document for odd pages and one for even pages), encrypt or decrypt a document, add a watermark, interleave several documents.

What's new in this version:

Note: I appologize to all the users for the very long delay since the last version and the almost total lack of support I have provided. A new job a new life priorities are responsible for this.

  • 2.0.3r2 fixes a nasty bug which prevented adding files
  • First attempt at fixing a bug where the process could not be terminated and the user had to go grab the file manually from the Finder. Please provide some feedback on this if you were a victim of this bug !
  • Will now work properly with a Java 1.5 installation (no more blank toolbar).
  • Upgraded to iText 1.4.8

PDFLab CommentaryLoved this program, but mine doesn't work with Leopard - Version: 2.0.3r2, 2/5/2010 08:01PM PST

Doesn't seem to work in (regular) Leopard (10.5.8) either. Crashes whenever I try to add a file. Too bad. This was the best of the bunch for these programs, though honestly, this feature should be part of the OS.

PDFLab ReviewPLEASE update!! This was the best!! - Version: 2.0.3r2, 1/31/2010 01:13AM PST

I echo the sentiments of the teacher below! No need for hardcore acrobatics with my PDFs, just the ability to join multiple files... for low/no cost. But: I can't get this to work with Leopard (10.5.8). Is there something wrong with my system? Can anyone else run it with Leopard?

Joining the former comments I also deeply regret that this fantastic simple program is no more working with Snowleopard, which I just installed. Pdflab was very often a real easy and fast help. Hope the new release will come soon.
