Product Description:
This playable demo lets you and up to 3 friends play 2 of the full game's 32 different game types either on the same Mac or over a local area network (LAN). The full Airburst Extreme game has 32 different game types, introduced by an interactive Story game in which you meet the different characters in the Airburst universe and fly around the solar system playing Airburst games, using your new Extreme powers and foiling the plans of the somewhat dodgy Mars Media Mega Corporation.

Like a relatively few other apps I have under 10.3.7 I cannot get this updater to launch. Period. No way to use it for updater under 10.3.7 at least on my Mac. Purchased this through .Mac membership. Would be nice to download a full version 1.01 somewhere if available. Bandwidth is no problem.

Ok. Update fixes most bugs, making it (a) playable and (b) one of the most fun games available for the Mac. As they say in the stock market, "Buy, buy, buy!"

before you bother buying this. Yes, this game totally rocks. The problem is it's also horribly buggy, some of the bugs making it near impossible to get past levels and continue unlocking games and characters. It's now been more than 4 months since its initial release (I actually pre-ordered) and still no patch/update. It's been 3 months and 27 days that A.E. has been sitting on my hard drive, waiting for a patch so I can continue playing.
Developers have recently gone into full-time game production and are busy working on the next ToySight game. Hopefully they'll actually finish a either before they start on their third.
Seriously, it's a great game, but until the bugs are patched and it's playable, you're still basically pre-ordering.
