xcgrLiberator's main purpose is to copy files from your iPod to your Desktop folder. This feature works as advertised. Unfortunately, you can't change where the files are saved, or automatically add them to your iTunes.
It also comes with "Play" and "Stop" commands that don't do anything. But one other feature works: an item titled "Earn Money With Our Affiliate Program", under the Help menu. It takes you to a web page offering you money if you convince other people to buy Liberator.
All this awfulness can be yours for the low price of $34.99USD.
On the other hand, you could do the smart thing and use Senuti or iPodDisk. Both programs are free. iPodDisk lets you browse your iPod's music from inside the Finder. Senuti integrates directly with iTunes. iPod Music Liberator doesn't integrate with anything except the author's PayPal account.
Zelek Software, take your RealBASIC crapware out of my sight.
