Great for Billing and Client Communication

I have 35 projects and preferred support clients set up with TaB. Tracking activities through iCal is dirt simple. Setting up client access is a breeze. The clients love to see the documentation of work done. They feel in control and I don't have to try to remember what I did 5 weeks ago. The Konfabulator widgets allow me to find appropriate project numbers and phases. Support has been fast and accurate. Feedback has been listened to and acted upon. The product just keeps getting better and better.
Solid solution, needs better QuickBooks integration

Clever integration with Apple iCal and Microsoft Outlook. Great user interface, very clean. Works as advertised. Support very responsive. Quickbooks integration had to be fine tuned by supoport to work with me Quickbooks -- could be better. Overall a solid solution.
The biggest plus is the Small Town Software people. They have come up with several revisions to meet my business needs ... large and small. Right now I have over 30 projects with multiple phases on each project.
My customers , Mac and PC, really love the ability to get real time reports on the work I do for them via a simple web browser. Plenty of report views .... with either time or money .... for the admin and a super-simple interface for even even the novice computer user, usually CEOs and accountants :-)
Love this product and the team that supports it. I give it a TEN stars out of five.

Last week ( around Sept 20 2004 ) they came out with a Konfabulator widget called "Tabulator" .... you should check out this for your desktop for immediate access to your projects. Tiger compatible ....
