Enemy Engaged ReviewCould be great but they dropped the ball with the handeling of input devices - Version: 1.0, 6/4/2005 12:24PM PST

I have found this to be true for two titles from Feral software so far. This and Total Immerssion Racing. The games recognize every device I have connected. My CH Products F-16 Combat Stick USB, my CH Products Pro Throttle USB and my CH Products Pro Pedals. But they only let me use one of the devices for control during game play. For an aircraft as complicated to fly as a Helicopter this is utterly rediculous. I've played much lower end sims that allow the use of multiple devices. It seems necessary for any flight sim. Why they would only allow the use of one controller is beyond me. You would want to have your flight stick as the cyclic control and your thottle controller for the collective and your rudder pedals as the tail rotor control but NO. You must pick one controller to use. Not all three. What kind of Crap is that. I hope they wake up and smell the coffee and fix this with an update.

I love this game. It is the perfect helo-sim. It mixes a large-scale war game style/feel (which I love) with a flight sim. I love it. And even greater, the commercial release has multiplayer.
