Hi there--
This is just a post to announce that Picture Rescue has been morphed into Klix as is now available from our new division, JoeSoft:
www.joesoft.com
Whereas Picture Rescue was only for the Mac platform, Klix is compatible with Mac OS X, Windows XP and Vista.....
If you already own Picture Rescue, you can simply download the Klix demo from www.joesoft.com and type in your Picture Rescue serial number (there is no charge to move to the new Klix application)-
Of course, if you have any questions, please contact our support team or call us at 1-877-477-6763
Thanks!

After a weekend doing research photography for a project, I found myself with a corrupted flash card and no photos. Unable to read or mount the card on any device. I couldn't believe that Picture Rescue was able to recover all but two of 128 pictures, flawlessly. Picture Rescue even found photos deleted three or four reformats ago. Well worth the price.
Usage tip: Choose "copy media to disk before scanning" option in Preferences. Much faster and found more pictures when I checked this option.
